  • How does the wait list work?
    When you put yourself on the wait list, you will be notified via email and the Glofox app if a space becomes available.
    You will then have to manually input yourself into the class via the app – first in first serve!
    This credit will only come off of your account if you put yourself into the class.
  • What is the cancellation policy? 
    Our cancellation policy is 12 hours, if you cancel after the specified time the class credit will come off of your account.
  • What if I am pregnant? 
    Firstly, congratulations mama to be!
    Please have clearance from your doctor or obstetrician/gynaecologist prior to joining classes.
    Our instructors will do their best to accomodate and modify exercises for you, but group classes are at your own risk.
  • What if I am a beginner? 
    Welcome to pilates! We recommend starting with our Essence or Elongate class to begin with.
    Please be sure to come to the studio 10 minutes prior to class start time so one of our instructors can briefly run you through the reformer/equipment.
  • Do the packages have an expiry? 
    Yes, all our single and group class packages have expiry dates.
    Single Group class = 30 days from date of purchase
    Trial Package = 30 days from date of purchase
    X5 class package = 30 days from date of purchase
    X10 class package = 60 days from date of purchase
  • How far ahead can I book in my classes?
    The Glofox app allows up to 4 weeks in advance for booking in your session.
    As we are a small studio, our classes fill up quickly so we recommend booking 1 week in advance to secure your spot/s.
  • Are my credits transferrable or refundable?
    Due to our studio policy (see T&C’s) we don’t allow for transfers to other members/clients and we don’t offer refunds once a purchase is made.
  • What do I need to bring?
    Please bring a water bottle, a pair of Pilates socks (available for purchase in studio) and good vibes!
  • What if I have an injury?
    We recommend having clearance from your doctor or physiotherapist prior to joining. Please let one of our instructors know before class so we can offer you any modifications needed. Alternatively, we recommend booking g a private 1-1 session to achieve best results for you and your body.


  • The Collective Club is not liable to refund, transfer or offer compensation of any kind for unused portions of any class passes due to weather, illness or in the event you are unable to attend a class because it is full (or any other reason).
  • Advanced payment is required to secure your booking.
  • We have a strict 12 hour cancellation policy for group classes and privates/ semi-private classes. If you cancel less than the specified number of hours before your session commences, you will lose the credit.
  • All classes/packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Please allow extra travel time to studio during monsoon season. *No refunds will be given due to weather 
  • The Single Group Class credit lasts for 30 days from date of purchase.
  • The Trial Package lasts for 30 days from date of purchase.
  • The x5 class package lasts for 30 days from date of purchase.
  • The x10 class package lasts for 60 days from date of purchase.
  • Clients who present as a No Show 2 times, will be blocked from booking classes.
  • Please arrive 5 minutes prior to class start time. All classes start punctually and late comers will not be allowed into class. This ensures that all clients have the best possible experience without any interruption.
  • Please wear grip socks to all reformer classes for your safety and hygiene purposes.
  • Please notify your instructor of any medical conditions, past and present injuries, pregnancy or medication, that might require exercise modifications before the start of class. If you are pregnant, participation is at your own risk and should be with clearance from your doctors or obstetrician/gynecologist.
  • Please take off any jewellery before start of class and wear suitable active wear, with no zippers as this can damage the reformers. As well as not wearing any oil or lotion – for your own safety.
  • By booking online you are agreeing to our Terms & Conditions as stated above.
