MAT & BARRE
Mat & Barre Classes use body weight training combined with props such as resistance bands, light weights, balls, and the barre. These low-impact sessions blend controlled strength training with dynamic movement to build core stability, sculpt and lengthen the body, and improve muscular endurance. With a strong focus on alignment and precision, they create solid foundations while enhancing flexibility and overall body awareness.
REFORMER
Reformer Classes use the Pilates reformer machine with adjustable spring resistance to strengthen and lengthen the body. Sessions combine controlled resistance work with dynamic movement to improve balance, coordination, and core stability. We offer Level 1 to Level 3 classes, from beginner to advanced, allowing you to build strong foundations, refine technique, and progress safely as you advance.
