Reformer ENERGISE

The Reformer ENERGISE will consist of dynamic & challenging pilates exercises, with a slightly faster & upbeat pace. In this class you will be using weights to sculpt and tone your muscles! Don’t be afraid to work up a sweat. It is a full body workout and is an intermediate to advanced class (reformer experience required, minimum of 5 classes). Using props such as: The jump-board, weights, fit-ball & resistance band.
