  • How does the wait list work?
    When you put yourself on the wait list, you will be notified via email and the Glofox app if a space becomes available.
    You will then have to manually input yourself into the class via the app – first in first serve!
    This credit will only come off of your account if you put yourself into the class.
  • What is the cancellation policy? 
    Our cancellation policy is 12 hours, if you cancel after the specified time the class credit will come off of your account.
  • What if I am pregnant? 
    Firstly, congratulations mama to be!
    Please have clearance from your doctor or obstetrician/gynaecologist prior to joining classes.
    Our instructors will do their best to accomodate and modify exercises for you, but group classes are at your own risk.
  • Do you accept drop ins?
    Yes, although we can’t guarantee your spot in class. Booking on the app is required to secure your spot.
  • What if I am a beginner? 
    Welcome to pilates! We recommend starting with our Reformer ENRTY class to begin with. Please be sure to come to the studio 5 minutes prior to class start time so one of our instructors can briefly run you through the reformer/equipment.
  • Do the packages have an expiry? 
    Yes, all our single and group class packages have expiry dates.
    Single Group class = 30 days from date of purchase
    Trial Package = 30 days from date of purchase
    X5 class package = 30 days from date of purchase
    X10 class package = 60 days from date of purchase
  • X20 class package = 60 days from date of purchase
  • How far ahead can I book in my classes?
    The Glofox app allows up to 4 weeks in advance for booking in your session.
    As we are a small studio, our classes fill up quickly so we recommend booking 1 week in advance to secure your spot/s.
  • Are my credits transferrable or refundable?
    Due to our studio policy (see T&C’s) we don’t allow for transfers to other members/clients and we don’t offer refunds once a purchase is made.
  • What do I need to bring?
    Please bring a water bottle, a pair of Pilates socks (available for purchase in studio), gym towel and good vibes!
  • What if I have an injury?
    We recommend having clearance from your doctor or physiotherapist prior to joining. Please let one of our instructors know before class so we can offer you any modifications needed. Alternatively, we recommend booking g a private 1-1 session to achieve best results for you and your body.


    TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Advance Payment: All bookings must be secured with advance payment via online card payment, cash, or bank transfer.

  2. Pricing and Tax: All prices are listed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and include government tax.

  3. Class Reservations: To ensure your spot, bookings should be made through the Glofox app. Drop-ins are accepted but cannot guarantee class availability.

  4. Group Classes: A strict 12-hour cancellation policy applies. If you cancel within 12 hours of your scheduled session, the class credit will be deducted from your account.

  5. Private/Semi-Private Classes: A 12-hour cancellation policy also applies to these sessions.

  6. No Shows: Clients who fail to attend two booked sessions without prior cancellation will be blocked from further bookings.

  7. Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable Credits: All purchases are final. Class credits cannot be refunded or transferred to other clients.

  8. Package Expiry: Each package has a fixed validity period:

    • Single Group Class: 30 days

    • Trial Packages: 30 days

    • 5-Class Package: 30 days

    • 10-Class Package: 60 days

    • 20-Class Package: 60 days

  9. Punctuality: Please arrive 5-10 minutes before class. Late arrivals will not be admitted to ensure an uninterrupted experience for all clients.

  10. Dress Code and Equipment: For safety and hygiene purposes, grip socks are mandatory for all reformer classes. Avoid wearing jewelry, zippers, oils, or lotions to prevent damage to equipment and ensure safety.

  11. Weather Conditions: No refunds or credits will be given for missed classes due to weather or travel delays. Please allow extra travel time during the monsoon season.

  12. Medical Conditions: Notify instructors of any medical conditions, injuries, or medications that might require modifications. Participation is at your own risk.

  13. Pregnancy: Clearance from a doctor or obstetrician/gynecologist is required before joining classes. Instructors will provide modifications, but participation is at your own risk.

  14. Injuries: Clients with injuries are encouraged to book private sessions for personalized guidance and modifications.

  15. Studio Liability: The Collective Club is not liable for refunds, transfers, or compensation for unused class passes due to any personal circumstances, including illness or inability to attend a class.

  16. Cleanliness: Bring your own water bottle, gym towel, and Pilates socks. These are available for purchase at the studio if needed.

  17. Code of Conduct: Respect the studio environment and fellow clients. Disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

  18. Studio Etiquette:

    • Silence mobile phones during classes to maintain a calm environment.

    • Refrain from bringing food or beverages (except water) into the studio.

  19. Child Policy: The studio environment is not suitable for children. Please arrange childcare as we cannot accommodate children during class times.

  20. Class Schedule Changes: The Collective Club reserves the right to modify class schedules, instructors, or formats without prior notice.

  21. Photography and Video: The studio may occasionally take photos or videos for promotional purposes. Participation is optional; please inform staff if you prefer not to be included.

  22. Lost and Found: The studio is not responsible for personal belongings left behind. Items found will be kept for 14 days before being donated or discarded.
