FAQ

Please arrive 5 minutes prior to class start time. All classes start punctually and late comers will not be allowed into class. This ensures that all clients have the best possible experience without any interruption.

We use Momence to manage our waitlists. Once you join a waitlist, you’ll be automatically added to the class when a spot opens up no need to check in with us! Keep an eye on your app notifications and email, as that’s where you’ll be notified if you’ve been moved into the class.

Our cancellation policy is 12 hours, if you cancel after the specified time the class credit will come off of your account.

Our instructors will do their best to accomodate and modify exercises for you, but group classes are at your own risk.

Yes, although we can’t guarantee your spot in class. Booking on the app is required to secure your spot.

Welcome to pilates! We recommend starting with our Reformer ENRTY class to begin with. Please be sure to come to the studio 5 minutes prior to class start time so one of our instructors can briefly run you through the reformer/equipment.

  • Yes, all our single and group class packages have expiry dates.
    Single Group class = 30 days from date of purchase
    Trial Package = 30 days from date of purchase
    X5 class package = 30 days from date of purchase
    X10 class package = 60 days from date of purchase
  • X20 class package = 60 days from date of purchase

The Momence App allows up to 4 weeks in advance for booking in your session.
As we are a small studio, our classes fill up quickly so we recommend booking 1 week in advance to secure your spot/s.

Due to our studio policy (see T&C’s) we don’t allow for transfers to other members/clients and we don’t offer refunds once a purchase is made.

Please bring a water bottle, a pair of Pilates socks (available for purchase in studio), gym towel and good vibes!

We recommend having clearance from your doctor or physiotherapist prior to joining. Please let one of our instructors know before class so we can offer you any modifications needed. Alternatively, we recommend booking a private 1-1 session to achieve best results for you and your body.

All prices are listed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and include government tax.

To ensure your spot, bookings should be made through the Momence App. Drop-ins are accepted but cannot guarantee class availability.

A strict 12-hour cancellation policy applies. If you cancel within 12 hours of your scheduled session, the class credit will be deducted from your account.

Clients who fail to attend two booked sessions without prior cancellation will be blocked from further bookings.

All purchases are final. Class credits cannot be refunded or transferred to other clients.

Each package has a fixed validity period:

Single Class = 30 days from date of purchase
Trial Package = 30 days from date of purchase
X5 class package = 30 days from date of purchase
X10 class package = 60 days from date of purchase
X20 class package = 60 days from date of purchase

Each membership has a fixed validity period:

1 Month Unlimited Membership = 30 days from date of purchase
3 Month Unlimited Membership = 90 days from date of purchase
6 Month Unlimited Membership = 180 days from date of purchase
12 Month Unlimited Membership = 360 days from date of purchase

By participating in classes or purchasing any class, package, or membership at The Collective Club, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

PAYMENTS & PRICING

  • All bookings must be secured with advance payment via online card payment, in-studio card payment or bank transfer.
  • All prices are listed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and include compulsory service charges and government tax.
  • All purchases are final. Payments, class credits, packages, and memberships are strictly non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-shareable.
  • No refunds, credits, extensions, pauses, freezes, or transfers will be provided for any reason, including illness, injury, travel, weather conditions, or change of mind.
  • Discounts or promotions are not applicable unless explicitly stated in writing.

CLASS RESERVATIONS & BOOKINGS

  • All classes must be booked in advance via the Momence App.
  • Bookings are subject to availability. Drop-ins are accepted but do not guarantee a spot.
  • Unlimited class access applies to memberships only and is subject to class capacity and availability.
  • Class packages provide access only to the number of classes purchased.
  • The studio cannot guarantee availability for fully booked classes.

CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY

  • A strict 12-hour cancellation policy applies to all bookings.

Membership Bookings

  • Late cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled class will incur a Rp100,000 late cancellation fee per occurrence.
  • No-shows will incur a Rp150,000 no-show fee per occurrence.
  • Late cancellation and no-show fees will be automatically charged to the payment method on file.

Package, Trial & Single Class Bookings

  • Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the class credit being deducted.

No Shows (Booking Access)

  • Clients who fail to attend two booked sessions without prior cancellation may be blocked from further bookings at the discretion of The Collective Club.

PACKAGE & MEMBERSHIP VALIDITY

  • All packages and memberships have a fixed validity period.
  • Packages and memberships cannot be paused, frozen, extended, or carried over for any reason.
  • Unused classes or unused time will be forfeited upon expiry.

Packages

  • Single Class – 30 days from date of purchase
  • Trial Package – 30 days from date of purchase
  • 5-Class Package – 30 days from date of purchase
  • 10-Class Package – 60 days from date of purchase
  • 20-Class Package – 60 days from date of purchase

Unlimited Memberships (Mat & Reformer)

  • 1 Month – 30 days from date of purchase
  • 3 Months – 90 days from date of purchase
  • 6 Months – 180 days from date of purchase
  • 12 Months – 360 days from date of purchase

STUDIO CLASS CANCELLATIONS & SCHEDULE CHANGES

  • The Collective Club reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes, and to modify instructors, formats, or class schedules at its discretion.
  • Studio-initiated cancellations will be cancelled at no charge.
  • Studio-initiated cancellations do not entitle clients to refunds, extensions, or additional compensation.


PUNCTUALITY

  • Please arrive 5–10 minutes before class.
  • Late arrivals will not be admitted to ensure safety and an uninterrupted experience for all clients.


DRESS CODE & EQUIPMENT

  • Grip socks are mandatory for all reformer classes.
  • Please avoid wearing jewelry, zippers, oils, or lotions to prevent equipment damage and ensure safety.
  • Please bring your own water bottle, towel, and Pilates socks. These items are available for purchase at the studio if needed.


HEALTH, MEDICAL & SAFETY DISCLAIMER

  • By participating, you confirm that you are in good physical health and able to safely participate in classes.
  • Please inform instructors of any medical conditions, injuries, or medications that may require modifications.
  • Clients with injuries are encouraged to book private sessions for personalised guidance.
  • Pregnancy requires medical clearance from a doctor or obstetrician/gynecologist prior to participation.
  • Participation in all classes is at your own risk.


WEATHER & TRAVEL

  • No refunds or credits will be given for missed classes due to weather conditions or travel delays.
  • Please allow extra travel time, particularly during the monsoon season.


STUDIO CONDUCT & ETIQUETTE

  • Respect the studio environment, instructors, and fellow clients.
  • Disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.
  • Mobile phones must be silenced during class.
  • Food and beverages (except water) are not permitted in the studio.


CHILD POLICY

  • The studio environment is not suitable for children.
  • Please arrange childcare, as children cannot be accommodated during class times.


PHOTOGRAPHY, VIDEO & PHONE POLICY

  • The studio may occasionally take photos or videos for promotional purposes.
  • Participation is optional; please inform staff if you prefer not to be included.
  • Guests may take photos or videos before or after class.
  • During class, phone use should be kept to a minimum.
  • Filming during class is permitted only with prior approval from the instructor, and the group will be informed.


LOST & FOUND

  • The studio is not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings.
  • Found items will be kept for 14 days before being donated or discarded.


ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By participating in classes or purchasing services at The Collective Club, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you have any questions, please contact us directly.
